Intel officially launched “Intel On Demand”: In-chip purchase function for server processors

Intel officially launched an in-chip purchase function called “Intel On Demand” for its server processors, which is an additional hardware function previously known as “Intel Software Defined Chip (SDSi)”. According to Intel, with the help of products that support this function, users’ investment can be aligned with business needs, and more flexible consumption and configuration can be provided. Among the suppliers listed by Intel to participate in the project, manufacturers such as H3C, HPE, AMD, Inspur, and Lenovo are included.
