Huawei releases MateBook E and MateBook X Pro 2022 notebooks

At the MWC 2022 conference held on the evening of February 27, Huawei returned to the MWC stage after two years and released a number of new products, including 2 new notebook products – MateBook E and MateBook X Pro 2022.

Huawei MateBook X Pro 2022 adopts a borderless floating full-screen design, and provides three colors of Silver, Gray, and Green, with a weight and thickness of 1.38Kg and 15.5mm. It adopts a 14.2-inch 3120×2080 resolution screen, supports a 90Hz refresh rate, 100% P3/sRGB color gamut, 500nit brightness, and the screen ratio reaches 92.5%.


Huawei MateBook X Pro 2022 is equipped with Intel’s 11th-generation Core, and the highest optional i7-1195G7 processor. It is also equipped with LPDDR4X memory, 90W fast charging, and the second-generation M-Pencil stylus. In terms of price, the 16GB+1TB combination version of the i7 version is priced at 1,899 euros.

Huawei MateBook E is a notebook with a two-in-one design. It is available in two colors, Blue and Gray. The weight and thickness are 709g and 7.9mm, respectively, making it quite light and thin. It uses a 12.6-inch 100% P3 color gamut OLED screen with a screen ratio of 90% and supports up to 600nit brightness. In terms of hardware configuration, it is equipped with 11th-generation Core Duo, the highest optional i7-1160G7 with 16GB+512GB SSD storage combination, and it is also equipped with the second-generation M-Pencil stylus.

In terms of price, the MateBook E can choose the 8GB+128GB version of the 11th generation i3 at the lowest price, priced at 649 euros, and the highest optional 16GB+512G version of the 11th generation i7, priced at 1399 euros.
