Google updates Android 13 virtualization framework

Last week, Google launched the Android 13 DP1 version for developers. Although there are many features to be discovered, there are still some hidden features waiting for us to discover. For example, some developers found that Google updated the virtualization framework in the new version, and ran the virtualization software on Android devices after the update was close to the native performance. However, Google has not officially disclosed the changes in this regard, so it is not clear what improvements have been brought to the virtualization framework so that performance can be quickly improved.

The device used by developer @kdrag0n is Google Pixel 6, which is equipped with Google’s self-developed Tensor chip and also uses the ARM architecture. Therefore, you need to use the Windows 11 ARM image file for the actual installation. Of course, you can also install Linux systems including Ubuntu and Arch Linux.
