“God of War” PC version will support both NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR

Earlier, Sony announced that its first masterpiece “God of War” on the PlayStation platform will be available on the PC platform, giving PC players a chance to finally experience the charm of this game. We must know that the “God of War” series has already enjoyed huge sales on the PlayStation platform, conquering tens of thousands of gamers.

This time the new version of “God of War” will not only retain the original complete content but will also have some new features. The PC version of “God of War” will have true native 4K resolution and ultra-wide resolution, and will not lock the frame rate. The game has also improved in some image quality settings, including higher resolution shadows and better screen-space reflections, as well as the newly added GTAO and SSDO. In addition, it will also support NVIDIA DLSS and Reflex functions, which can take full advantage of the performance of the GeForce RTX 30 series.

According to AMD’s official introduction, “God of War” will also support FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) function, which means that users with Radeon graphics cards can also enjoy the technology to increase the frame rate, which will be more friendly to many PC players. In the future, “God of War” supports both NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR, and I believe it will also become a new choice for comparing the two technologies.

Sony will push more games originally exclusive to the PlayStation platform to the PC platform in the future, and “God of War” is just the beginning. “God of War” will be launched on January 15, 2022, and is currently available for pre-order at a price of 49.99USD/Euro.
