GIGABYTE launches RTX 4060/4070 EAGLE ICE series graphics cards
Gigabyte has announced the launch of its new GeForce RTX 4060/4070 EAGLE ICE series graphics cards, featuring an all-white color scheme and a revamped cooler design. Speculation about these new products had been circulating for some time, following hints from regulatory agencies involved in their approval, suggesting enhancements to the existing EAGLE series.
The EAGLE ICE series introduces four OC (Overclocked) models, each equipped with a triple-fan cooling system and a full-coverage metal backplate, all in a white color palette. The RTX 4060 EAGLE ICE and RTX 4070 EAGLE ICE series differ in size: the former has a dual-slot thickness and measures 26cm in length, while the latter is slightly longer at 27cm and has a 2.5-slot thickness.

- RTX 4070 SUPER EAGLE OC ICE 16G (GV-N407SEAGLEOC ICE-12GD), with a boost clock up to 2535MHz (reference: 2475MHz)
- RTX 4070 Ti SUPER EAGLE OC ICE 16G (GV-N407TSEAGLEOC ICE-16GD), with a boost clock up to 2640MHz (reference: 2610MHz)
In terms of video output interfaces, the RTX 4060 EAGLE ICE series comes with dual HDMI 2.1 ports and dual DisplayPort 1.4a ports, while the RTX 4070 EAGLE ICE series features a single HDMI 2.1 port and three DisplayPort 1.4a ports. Additionally, the RTX 4060 EAGLE ICE series maintains the traditional 8-pin power connector, whereas the RTX 4070 EAGLE ICE series likely uses a modified 12V-2×6 power connector.
Gigabyte has not yet disclosed the pricing or specific release dates for the GeForce RTX 4060/4070 EAGLE ICE series.
