GIGABYTE Launches Multiple B760 Series Motherboards
As Intel officially released the 13th generation Core non-K series desktop processors, Gigabyte (GIGABYTE) also simultaneously launched a variety of B760 series motherboards for the new processors. A total of 15 models were released this time, including AORUS MASTER, AORUS PRO AX, AORUS ELITE AX, and other series, covering ATX, M-ATX, Mini-ITX, and other board types.
The GIGABYTE B760 AORUS MASTER DDR4 motherboard adopts a 16+1+1 phase power supply design, and the power supply part and the M.2 interface are covered with heat sinks. It was equipped with a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, three PCIe 4.0 M.2 ports, WiFi 6E wireless connection, a 2.5G wired network card, supports Q-Flash Plus function,
Some GIGABYTE B760 series motherboards that support DDR5 memory can overclock the memory to a frequency above 7600MHz without complicated settings by applying a preset configuration file that can be retrieved in the BIOS. GIGABYTE B760 AORUS and GAMING series motherboards are integrated with 2.5 Gigabit network cards to meet the needs of gamers for high-speed networks.
Although the B760 series chipsets are positioned as mid-range chipsets, GIGABYTE has also delegated the design or functions of some Z790 series motherboards to the B760 series motherboards. The B760 series motherboard introduces the PerfDrive function, which integrates the tuning and optimization configuration files of multiple models of processors in the BIOS. Users only need to apply the files to achieve a better balance between temperature and performance. The M.2 slot of the GIGABYTE B760 series motherboard adopts a quick-release design, which can complete the removal or installation of the M.2 hard drive without a screwdriver. The PCIe slot also adopts the EZ-Latch design to simplify the removal process of the graphics card.
