Chrome pushes emergency update to fix 2 zero-day vulnerabilities exploited in the wild

If you use Google Chrome, please go to the About page to get the latest version. Currently, the stable version of Google Chrome has been updated to version 95.0.4638.69.

According to the instructions released by Google, this version mainly fixes two zero-day vulnerabilities actively used by hackers in the wild. Hackers use the vulnerabilities to perform certain destructive actions. “Google is aware that exploits for CVE-2021-38000 and CVE-2021-38003 exist in the wild,” the company noted in an advisory

The corresponding vulnerability numbers are CVE-2021-38000 and CVE-2021-38003. The latest version fixes zero-day vulnerabilities and also solves the other 5 vulnerabilities.

Google did not give a detailed description of the related vulnerabilities. According to past practices, the details will only be announced after the vast majority of users have upgraded to an unaffected version.

Users can click the Google Chrome menu to enter the About page to automatically update or go to the Google Chrome official website to download the update through the online update package.
