ASRock releases Radeon RX 7600 XT graphics card
ASRock has announced the launch of two new additions to their Radeon RX 7000 series lineup: the AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT Steel Legend 16GB OC and the AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT Challenger 16GB OC graphics cards. Designed specifically for AAA gaming at 1080P resolution, these cards are equipped with a substantial 16GB of GDDR6 memory, capable of accommodating some games at 1440P resolution.
The Radeon RX 7600 XT Steel Legend features a sophisticated and unique design, measuring 304 x 131 x 51 mm with a 2.6-slot thickness. It employs a triple-fan cooling system, essential components such as a metal backplate, a Striped Axial Fan, and an Ultra-fit Heatpipe for efficient heat dissipation. The gaming and boost frequencies offered are 2539 MHz and 2810 MHz, respectively. Additionally, it includes dual 8Pin1 power connectors, three DisplayPort 2.1 interfaces, and one HDMI 2.1 interface.
The Radeon RX 7600 XT Challenger is more compact, measuring 267 x 130 x 51 mm. It features a dual-fan cooling design, incorporating the Striped Axial Fan and Ultra-fit Heatpipe, along with a metal backplate for enhanced structure and heat dissipation. This ensures stable operation over extended periods, with gaming and boost frequencies of 2516 MHz and 2799 MHz, respectively.
The Radeon RX 7600 XT is powered by the Navi 33 chip, a single-chip design manufactured using TSMC’s 6nm process. It supports PCIe 4.0 x8 interface and features a 32MB Infinity Cache. The card is equipped with 32 Compute Units, and 2048 stream processors, and has seen an upgrade in GDDR6 memory from 8GB in the Radeon RX 7600 to 16GB while maintaining a 128-bit memory bus. The memory speed remains at 18Gbps, with a memory bandwidth of 288GB/s.
