Apple A14 has 40% higher performance than A13

The latest flagship processor in the Android environments is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ version, which is a new version launched by Qualcomm on the basis of the Snapdragon 865 and supports 5G network standards.

The performance of Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ is 10% higher than that of Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 version, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 is about 20% higher than the previous generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor.

Although Qualcomm’s chip design technology is also very powerful, it still lags behind Apple. For example, the 865+ version cannot currently compare with Apple’s A13 processor.

In terms of single-core performance, Qualcomm Snapdragon has fallen behind Apple’s A13 processor by about 25%, and the upcoming A14 processor will continue to widen the gap between the two.

KomiyaLeaks, a whistleblower on Twitter, released data claiming that the A14 processor that Apple will launch this fall can be 40% higher than the A13 processor.

The CPU performance of the Apple A14 processor is about 40% higher than that of the Apple A13 processor, while the GPU performance of the A14 is 50% higher than that of the A13 processor.

If the data is true, it may take longer for Qualcomm to catch up with Apple, and Apple is currently turning to TSMC’s 5nm process.

Relying on TSMC’s advanced technology will also help to continue to improve the performance of Apple’s processors, which makes the outside world full of expectations for Apple’s ARM desktop processors.

Apple plans to launch its own-designed Mac desktop processor later this year, which may be even better than the A14 Mac desktop processor.
