AMD’s first Ryzen 5000XT series will include 5950XT and 5600XT
There has been news that AMD has canceled the next-generation Ryzen, 6000 series processors, based on the Zen 3 architecture and the 6nm process, code-named Warhol. Before the arrival of the Zen 4 architecture Ryzen processor, the desktop platform was replaced by the XT/Refresh version of the Zen 3 architecture but did not disclose the specific release time of the product.
According to Twitter user @Patrick Schur, AMD will launch the Ryzen 5000XT series, it will not be too late. These chips are based on B2 stepping. The first products include the 16-core Ryzen 9 5950XT and the 6-core Ryzen 5 5600XT. This is similar to the Zen 2 architecture Ryzen 3000XT series.
B2 Stepping for Vermeer?! 😮

3.4 GHz (up to 5 GHz)
Stepping: B2

3.7 GHz (up to 4.6 GHz)
Stepping: B2
Cores: 6— Patrick Schur (@patrickschur_) May 17, 2021
From the leaked parameters, although the basic frequency of Ryzen 9 5950XT is the same, the acceleration frequency has increased. But the strange thing is that compared with the original Ryzen 5 5600X, there is no change in frequency.
I don’t know if it’s due to changes in the frequency increase method or better overclocking performance. This will be announced by AMD soon.
