According to Cowcotland, a retailer in France has already listed the Radeon RX 6500XT, and the actual price has reached 299 euros. Although AMD has not announced the suggested retail price of the Radeon RX 6500 XT in Europe, the US region is used as a reference, combined with the past pricing situation, it should be around 200 euros under normal circumstances, which means that it is about 50% higher.

Previous reports have pointed out that the PCIe 4.0 interface of the Radeon RX 6500XT is only four-lane, and does not support 4K H.264/H.265 encoding and AV1 decoding. If the price is higher, it will further affect the choice of some users. In contrast, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 has double the memory, other features don’t seem to be reduced, the performance should be stronger, and the official price is 25% higher than the Radeon RX 6500 XT.
