Adobe Premiere Pro is now compatible with Apple M1
Adobe is currently working hard to adapt all its products to Apple’s new processor developed based on the ARM architecture, namely Apple Silicon M1. For Adobe, this type of adaptation may take a lot of time. After all, a lot of content needs to be modified when the architecture is different. At the same time, Adobe also hopes to update some software through this adaptation.
The Adobe Photoshop Beta version has successfully landed on the M1 MacBook earlier, and the Adobe Lightroom Beta is available for all ARM devices (including Windows on ARM). Now the Adobe Premiere Pro beta version for Apple M1 has also been launched, but this version has just been adapted, so after the initial inspection, Adobe confirmed that there are still quite a few problems, including various crashes.
It is worth noting that Adobe did not mention the Windows 10 ARM version in the blog, which means that Adobe Premiere Pro now supports M1 but does not support other ARM processors.
