Windows 11 locks the taskbar no longer allows users to move to the top, left, or right
Various news about Windows 11 is being released by Microsoft. For example, the recently released document introduces all the processor models that support this system.
At the same time, Microsoft also released a list of deprecated features in Windows 11. What is confusing is that Microsoft’s removal of an ancient feature has even caused users to protest.
This ancient feature is the position of the taskbar. By default, the position of the taskbar in Windows is at the bottom of the screen, but it can also be moved to other positions.
In the deprecation list, Microsoft noted a number of changes to the taskbar in Windows 11, including no longer allowing users to move the taskbar to the top, left, or right.
This means that starting from Windows 11, users can only place the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, and Microsoft has not explained why users are no longer allowed to move the taskbar.
I have to say that there are still many users who don’t like to put the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. At present, there are a large number of users discussing this issue in the Reddit forum.
Most users are questioning the significance of Microsoft’s removal of this feature. Since it is meaningless, why should the change seriously affect the user’s perennial usage habits?
For this reason, many users have organized groups to protest this change to Microsoft, and some netizens suggested that after the release of the Windows 11 beta version, everyone should madly send feedback to Microsoft.
As long as the number of user feedback is large enough, it will definitely attract Microsoft’s attention. Then there is still hope for Microsoft to restore the movement of the taskbar.
So if you also like to place the taskbar at the bottom, left, or right of the screen, it is recommended to report back to Microsoft after installing the beta version.
