Windows 10 version 1809 have BSOD error after installing the KB4464330 Cumulative Update
Microsoft has released the KB4464330 cumulative update for the Windows 10 October 2018 Update, which brings some fixes and improvements, but some users have a blue screen after installing the cumulative update. In the social networking and forum communities, users indicated that the cumulative update resulted in a blue screen option on HP workstations and some computers, which seemed to be related to an HP incompatible driver.
In the Microsoft Answers community, one user complained that the EliteDesk 800 G3 could not be started after installing the cumulative update. In another post, user Bennettjp reported that multiple computers in his organisation had installed the Windows 10 October update patch and caused a blue screen phenomenon.
Also, in the social media Twitter and Reddit community, many users have reported this Windows 10 cumulative update.
If they are HP machines, try deleting the newly updated "HpqKbFiltr.sys" file from system32/drivers
Seems to be causing a WDF_VIOLATION bluescreen
KB4462919 seems to be the culprit here.

Reddit user huddie71 explains: “This happened on A Win10 Enterprise x64 v1803 PC which already had the October ‘quality’ (security) updates and was trying to install the September ‘quality’ (security) updates. It was not trying to install the v1809 update, so this is an unrelated problem to add to the Windows Update shitshow.”
