Users are on Build 18362.100xx are temporarily unable to get Windows 10 v1909 Updates

Earlier we mentioned that Microsoft began offering the final version of the Windows 10 Version 1909 update to users who released the Release Preview ring. We know that Microsoft also had two different sub-branches in the slow channel test of Windows 10 Version 1909 and also got different updates. If the user’s own version number is already in the Build 18362.100xx version, switching to the publish preview channel will now not be updated.

Microsoft explains:

 If you are an Insider who wishes to remain on the November 2019 Update – you will want to switch to the Release Preview ring. In the coming weeks, we plan to move Insiders who are on Build 18362.100xxx forward to the final November 2019 Update build.

NOTE: If you move from the Slow ring to the Release Preview ring today and are on Build 18362.100xx you will NOT be offered Build 18363.418 yet. As mentioned above, we will move you forward in the coming weeks.
