Sony PS5 suffered serious problems

The first batch of users who bought the Sony PlayStation 5 next-generation game console should be very lucky, but they may also encounter some problems.

According to IGN media reports, a large number of players have found that PlayStation 5 cannot download games normally, and will get stuck when downloading games and will always remain in the queue waiting for a download.

Obviously, this is not a problem with the use environment or network environment of individual users, because most players currently encounter this error indicating that this is some problem caused by Sony.

The more tragic thing is that the only temporary solution that can be resolved for this problem is to restore the factory settings. When the factory settings are restored, the game resumes downloading.

The problem is that it is currently not possible to back up the downloaded games on PlayStation 5 to external storage, which means that all games will be lost if the factory settings are restored.

So if the user really solves this problem by restoring the factory settings, all the games that have been downloaded need to be downloaded again after the operation are completed.
