Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G will ship with 16GB of RAM

According to XDA editor, Max Weinbach recently leaked photos of the Galaxy S20+5G and said that Galaxy S20 “Ultra” version may be equipped with 16GB RAM. It is said that the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G will retain the SD card slot and support up to 1TB of storage space. It will also provide 128GB / 256GB / 512GB storage space, and has 12GB and 16GB memory.

Max Weinbach also said that the device’s rear three cameras are 108MP main camera, a 10x optical zoom telephoto, and 12MP ultra-wide. At the same time, the battery capacity is 5000mAh, which supports the 45W option fast charge, which can be fully charged in 74 minutes.

Samsung is expected to release new devices on February 11. In addition to the Galaxy S20 series, it will also release a second-generation clamshell foldable phone.
