Qualcomm launches Snapdragon 865 processor
Chipmaker Qualcomm recently held a technology summit in Hawaii, USA. At this summit, Qualcomm also officially announced the launch of the 5G chip Snapdragon 865 processor. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor is the company’s processor for high-end devices, and it is better than the previous generation in terms of performance, artificial intelligence engine and power consumption. The X55 modem-based Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor supports SA and non-SA dual-mode 5G networks while supporting millimeter-wave to provide wider compatibility. This new processor is powered by Qualcomm ’s fifth-generation artificial intelligence engine, which provides 15 trillion calculations per second, and can provide users with various data processing locally.
