PostgreSQL announces a code of conduct
PostgreSQL announced a community code of conduct, hoping everyone involved to act professionally, acting in common courtesy and common interest, respecting all users and developers. The guidelines include the following aspects: inclusive and appropriate behaviour, prohibition of retaliation, the establishment of a code of conduct committee, reporting channels, and handling disputes.
The Code of Conduct covers interactions among all community members, stating that “personal assault and negative comments based on personal traits are unacceptable and prohibited” and personal traits include, but are not limited to, age, race, nationality, religion, gender or sexual orientation.
