Philips announced the listing of the 45B1U6900C monitor

Last month, Philips unveiled a 44.5-inch commercial monitor, model 45B1U6900C, designed to assist professionals with multitasking, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity. However, at the time, Philips did not provide a release date or specific pricing.

According to TechPowerup, Philips has announced the availability of the 45B1U6900C monitor, priced at £939.99.

The 45B1U6900C display features a 44.5-inch VA curved panel with a 32:9 aspect ratio, a resolution of 5120 x 1440, a refresh rate of 75Hz, a curvature of 1500R, a GTG response time of 4ms, a maximum brightness of 450 nits, a static contrast ratio of 3000:1, an sRGB color gamut of 123%, and a DCI-P3 color gamut of 107%. The display has been certified by VESA DisplayHDR 400 and German TÜV Rheinland, supporting Adaptive-Sync technology.

In terms of connectivity, the 45B1U6900C display offers two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DP1.4 port, one USB Type-C port (supporting 100W power delivery and DisplayPort Alt), a Gigabit Ethernet port, and a 3.5mm audio jack, along with dual 5W speakers. The display also functions as a hub, providing one USB Type-B upstream port and four USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports.

The 45B1U6900C display comes equipped with an ergonomically adjustable stand, supporting +/-45° rotation and -5 to 15° tilt adjustments. Additionally, there is a retractable hook on the left side of the display for hanging headphones. Philips has also included a remote control for more convenient access to menu options and volume controls, offering a significant improvement over manipulating buttons on the display itself.
