Nvidia RTX 40 series SUPER pricing leaked
NVIDIA is set to unveil the GeForce RTX 40 Series SUPER graphics cards at 9 AM on January 8, 2024. This release, based on the Ada Lovelace architecture, will introduce three new models: the RTX 4080 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and RTX 4070 SUPER.
Recently, a netizen leaked the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for the GeForce RTX 40 Series SUPER graphics cards. The RTX 4080 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and RTX 4070 SUPER are priced at $999, $799, and $599, respectively.
Comparing these with their predecessors, both the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER and RTX 4070 Ti, as well as the RTX 4070 SUPER and RTX 4070, are priced identically, effectively offering enhanced performance without an increase in cost. The RTX 4080 SUPER, in particular, is priced $200 lower than the RTX 4080’s $1199, marking a significant improvement in value for money. Rumors suggest that the RTX 4070 will continue to be sold alongside the RTX 4070 SUPER for some time, indicating a potential price reduction following the launch of the new cards.
Once NVIDIA’s new cards hit the market, AMD is likely to adjust the pricing for its Radeon RX 7000 series graphics cards accordingly.
