Nvidia officially launches RTX 30 series graphics card
Nvidia officially held an online press conference in the early morning to officially release the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series graphics card, and its price starts at $499.
The new versions launched this time are GeForce RTX 3070, RTX 3080, and RTX 3090. The RTX 3090 with the highest specifications is called a performance monster.
In terms of core foundation, the RTX 30 series graphics card adopts Nvidia’s new ampere architecture, and the process technology uses Samsung’s 8nm process technology.
These new graphics cards are aimed at both gamer and professional content creators. For example, the RTX 3090 has up to 24GB of video memory and supports up to 8K resolution.
RTX 3070 is equipped with 8GB GDDR6 display memory, which is suitable for gamers to play 4K games. Nvidia claims that the average speed of this graphics card is higher than RTX 2080 Ti.
Compared with the previous generation RTX 2070, the speed of the new version is increased by 60%. The price is 499 US dollars.
Next is the RTX 3080 positioning terminal high-performance gaming graphics card. This graphics card uses NVIDIA’s new Ampere architecture and has 4352 CUDA cores.
RTX 3080 has a high-speed GDDR6X display memory of up to 10GB, and its operating speed can reach more than 19Gbps.
The RTX 3080 can bring a very stable 60FPS per the second experience at 4K resolution. The RTX 3080 is priced at US$699.
Finally, there is the RTX 3090 known as the performance monster. This product is equipped with up to 24GB of GDDR6X display memory to meet the needs of large-scale content creation.
Nvidia said that the RTX 3090 is 50% faster than TITAN RTX. The company claims that the RTX 3090 is currently the world’s first gaming graphics card that supports 8K.
