Nintendo confirms that all N64 games on Switch will run at 60Hz
Nintendo announced some classic works on their N64 game console some time ago, which will be provided to Switch online members in the form of expansion packs. These include high-quality 3D action games like “Super Mario 64” and “Ocarina of Time”. However, players in European regions such as the United Kingdom and Germany are worried because they used to play N64 games in PAL format. The refresh rate is limited to 50Hz, but Nintendo now says that N64 games on the Switch will use the 60Hz version this time.

As we all know, a higher refresh rate can bring a smoother and more responsive game screen. The NTSC standard can provide a 60Hz refresh rate, which corresponds to the native running frame rate of the game.
