MSI Z690 MEG GODLIKE motherboard leaked
MSI has released a number of Z690 motherboards last week, basically covering mainstream to high-end positions. However, users who are familiar with MSI motherboards will definitely find that the flagship MEG series GODLIKE did not appear in the first Z690 motherboards released. Previously, MSI demonstrated the PCIe 5.0 SSD expansion card named M.2 Expander-Z Gen5 at the event, and it is rumored that it will be included in the Z690 MEG GODLIKE.

According to the Wccftech report, although Z690 MEG GODLIKE missed the first release, it is ready to be released. This motherboard will have all the top motherboard technology of MSI. Z690 MEG GODLIKE will adopt the E-ATX form factor and will become the largest one among all flagship Z690 motherboards. At present, the size of ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Extreme is 305x277mm, while the size of Z690 AORUS Xtreme is 305×285 mm, and the size of Z690 MEG GODLIKE is 305×310 mm. According to the leaked PCB layout of the Z690 MEG GODLIKE, it can be seen that it is almost a square.
It is rumored that MSI has equipped Z690 MEG GODLIKE with at least 22-phase power supply modules, four DDR5 memory slots, a maximum capacity of 128GB, and a frequency of 6666 MHz or above. The motherboard dual 8Pin external power supply interface is close to the location of the memory. Z690 MEG GODLIKE also provides PCIe 5.0 x16, PCIe 5.0 x8, and PCIe 4.0 x8 expansion slots, there should be five M.2 slots (four PCIe 4.0 x4 and one PCIe 3.0 x4).
It is said that MSI will announce more information about Z690 MEG GODLIKE soon, and it won’t let everyone wait too long. The specific release time is temporarily unclear, and MSI has not disclosed the pricing, but the Z690 MEG GODLIKE will certainly not be cheap.
