MSI releases a variety of new products: Chassis, Liquid Cooler, Motherboard

The grand unveiling of COMPUTEX 2023 transpired on the 30th of May, with MSI gracing the event by introducing a plethora of innovative products. Beyond their traditional forte in motherboards, MSI has ventured into novel territories such as computer chassis, power supplies, and cooling solutions. These new offerings are designed to adapt to the current hardware trends and cater to the assembly requirements of the wider gaming community.

Among the unveilings, the MPG GUNGNIR 300 series, a mid-tower ATX case, stands out with its seamless mesh panel design. It boasts support for dual 360mm integrated liquid cooling or up to twelve 120mm fans. Furthermore, this case integrates several groundbreaking designs such as a sliding HDD bracket, a horizontal/vertical push-lock PCIE bracket, and a tool-free universal graphics card bracket. This bracket can be rotated 90 degrees to accommodate the RTX 40 series graphics cards, providing the flexibility for gamers to opt for an installation method that suits their graphics card.

In alignment with the launch of the B650M PROJECT ZERO rear-mounted motherboard, MSI has also introduced the silver-toned MAG VAMPIRIC PROJECT ZERO case. This case anticipates ample space for cable management based on the motherboard’s rear interfaces, thereby reducing assembly effort. Additionally, it can accommodate up to six fans and can effortlessly install RTX 40 series graphics cards.

In the realm of power supplies, MSI has plans to launch the MAG GL series ATX 3.0 power supply in mid-2023, succeeding the introduction of MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 and MPG A1000G PCIE5 in 2022. Its 16PIN interface sports a yellow design that remarkably enhances assembly identification. These units are fully compatible with RTX 40 series graphics cards and are in compliance with the PCIe 5.0 standard and Intel’s Power Supply Design Guide (PSDG) ATX 3.0.

Moreover, MSI has introduced the MAG CORELIQUID E series integrated liquid cooler. This cooler elevates the efficiency of liquid cooling by augmenting the contact area between the waterway and the base of the copper head, and enhancing the microchannel height. Its unique 270° rotatable head design ensures that the logo remains horizontal irrespective of the installation orientation. Concurrently, the MAG CORELIQUID E series can be closely integrated with MSI motherboards for more precise regulation.

Lastly, MSI unveiled a USB4 100W expansion card, designed as PCIe 4 x4. It expands two USB 4.0 40Gb/s Type-C interfaces, supporting 100W and 27W fast charging respectively. Furthermore, it is equipped with two DP interfaces.
