Minisforum launches NAB6 mini PC: Equipped with Core i7-12650H
Minisforum has announced the launch of their new NAB6 mini PC, which is equipped with an Intel Core i7-12650H processor and two Ethernet ports, supporting up to four 4K displays for effortless handling of office tasks.
The NAB6 mini PC boasts a compact design with a clean and tidy silver-white color scheme. The body is also designed for easy upgrading, with a pop-up cover that allows for the replacement of memory and SSDs. Minisforum has also introduced a new active SSD cooling design, with side vents that effectively dissipate heat from the memory and SSD.
The Intel Core i7-12650H processor that the NAB6 is equipped with has 10 cores and 16 threads (6P+4E), with a 24MB L3 cache. The P-Core has a base clock of 2.3 GHz and a boost clock of 4.7 GHz, while the E-Core has a boost clock of 3.5 GHz. The processor also has an Iris Xe graphics card with 64 EUs and a clock of 1.4 GHz, with a TDP of 45W.
The NAB6 mini PC is equipped with two DDR4 memory slots (SO-DIMM), supporting up to 64GB of DDR4-3200 memory. It also has an M.2 slot that supports PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs (up to 2TB), as well as a 2.5-inch hard drive bay that supports SATA 3.0 devices with a speed of 6.0Gb/s. A Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module can be installed using the M.2 2230 slot, and up to four 4K@60Hz displays can be connected using two HDMI ports and two Type-C ports.
Furthermore, the device is equipped with two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C ports, four USB 3.2 Type-A ports, two 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, and supports Windows 11 Pro operating system.
Minisforum offers four configurations for the NAB6 mini PC, including a barebone system ($359), 16GB RAM + 512GB SSD ($449), 32GB RAM + 512GB SSD ($489), and 32GB RAM + 1TB SSD ($529).
