Microsoft will release Office 2021 on October 5
In the previous article, we have mentioned that Microsoft officially launched the Office LTSC 2021 version. This version is only for business and government agency customers and not for ordinary consumers.
Of course, Microsoft has not forgotten to prepare a new offline and permanent buyout version for ordinary consumers. This is the upcoming Microsoft Office 2021 version.
The so-called offline means that this version can be used without the Internet. Perpetual buyout refers to the one-time paid purchase of this version for permanent use, during which no annual renewal is required, and users can continue to use it after Microsoft ends support.
The official version of Windows 11 will be launched on October 5, 2021, and Microsoft Office 2021 will also be launched on October 5.
The news about Microsoft Office 2021 has not yet been revealed by Microsoft. Microsoft said that more information about this version will be released gradually in the future.
According to the previous version, Microsoft Office 2021 should also be divided into Professional Plus (ProPlus), Home and Student Edition, and Standard Edition.
At the same time, new versions such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio will also be released and additional purchases are required, which is the same with Office LTSC.
As for the function, although the specific changes are not yet clear, all the function changes should be synchronized with the update of Office 365, which is a large cumulative update.
The advantage of this kind of buy-out version is that it does not need to be renewed annually. It is suitable for users who frequently use office software.
