Microsoft updates the media creation tool to download Windows 10 v2004
Earlier this month, Microsoft provided Windows 10 Version 2004/20H1 RTM image to developers and professional users with the MSDN subscription version.
This kind of subscription version already contains a variety of mirror files such as Windows 10 Version 2004 Home Edition, Professional Edition, Professional Workstation Edition, Retail Education Edition, and Enterprise Edition.
However, this is not Microsoft’s introduction to ordinary consumers, and today, Microsoft is pushing the official version of this version to ordinary consumers in batches.
What is interesting is that the media creation tool for ordinary consumers is now updated so that it can be used to download Windows 10 Version 2004 image directly.
The media creation tool is a system image download and creation tool specially developed by Microsoft, but the tool is only launched for ordinary consumers and therefore does not include the enterprise version.
The media creation tool can be used to download the latest version of the image file, which is the relevant version of Windows 10 Version 2004 Home Edition and Professional Edition.
After the burning is completed, the user can directly start the upgrade through a USB flash drive or perform a new installation, but if you only upgrade, you don’t need to start with a USB flash drive.
If you are only upgrading the new version, download the ISO format image directly, then double-click the image to open it with the file explorer and run setup.exe.
