Microsoft Surface Book 3 will be equipped with 10th generation Intel processor
Microsoft will use the 10th generation Intel processor and Nvidia’s discrete graphics card for the upcoming Surface Book 3. Today, we noticed that an electronic product distributor in Europe accidentally leaked some SKUs of Surface Book 3. From these SKUs, we judged that Surface Book 3 will be the same as the current Surface Book 2, will have two sizes of 13 inches and 15 inches, followed by Surface Book 3 will also provide two processor options, namely Intel Core i5-10210U, Intel Core i7-10510U.
Surface Book 2 now supports up to 16GB of memory and Microsoft seems to increase the maximum memory configuration of Surface Book 3 based on feedback from professional users, supporting up to 32GB of memory. For storage, Surface Book 3 provides up to 1TB NVME solid-state drive.
In terms of discrete graphics, Surface Book 3 will be equipped with the NVIDIA Quadro graphics card, which is a discrete graphics card for professional users. Previously, Surface Book was equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce graphics card. This time the discrete graphics card is Quadro RTX 6000 with NVIDIA Turing architecture, and the memory is 24GB.
Because the basic configuration of the Surface Book 3 has been improved a lot, the price of the Surface Book 3 will start at 1,000 euros, and the top version will be as high as 4000 euros.
