Microsoft released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19013 to Slow Ring

Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19013 is a small update that has been introduced to Fast Ring channel earlier, and there are no new features or major improvements in this release. This update includes a fix for the issue where the Settings app would hang or crash when accessing the System or Ease of Access sections. Interestingly, Microsoft has now released this version to the Slow Ring channel.
