Microsoft may push new features to Windows 10X through Microsoft Store

Microsoft is expected to launch Windows 10X by the end of the year, which is an adaptive new version of Microsoft’s development for foldable and multi-screen devices.

In terms of features, Microsoft does not seem to be planning to release new features through major version updates. After all, releasing new features in this way is relatively slow.

In the app store, Microsoft has launched the Windows 10X Feature Experience Pack. This application is estimated to be a new feature update package.

We know that in the regular version of Windows 10 if Microsoft needs to release an update, it will release new features and improvements to users through major version updates.

The latest feature experience package launched by Microsoft belongs to the UI framework update. This allows Microsoft to distribute new features directly to Windows 10X users through the Microsoft Store instead of having to release major version changes through system updates.

Of course, it is unknown whether Microsoft will release a major update in this way, but the functional experience package is mainly the UI, so system-level updates are still needed.
