Microsoft browser team engineers have disclosed the release date of Windows 10 21H1
According to the previous news, the Windows 10 21H1 version should have been developed. The reason for the completion of the development so quickly is that the version is only a small update without new features.
Of course, the completion of the development does not mean that Microsoft will directly launch this version. In fact, Microsoft will release this version even slightly later in previous years.
Normally, the release time of the spring update is around May each year, and the Microsoft browser team engineers revealed that Windows 10 21H1 version will be released in June this year.
When submitting content on the chromium-review site, engineers from the Microsoft browser team revealed that the Windows version released in June 2021 will have new APIs.
This new API can be used to prevent the kernel transaction manager from being used, which seems to be something Microsoft improved to avoid potential security risks.
We don’t know exactly what it is, but the new version mentioned by Microsoft engineers here is obviously the Windows 10 21H1 version this spring.
Of course, this new version is mainly due to internal improvements and there are no new features for users, so when Microsoft pushes users to install it or not, it does not make much sense.
