Microsoft brings the dark mode to Windows 10 search box
The Windows 10 system has fully supported the dark mode, including but not limited to system settings and software, etc., which support the dark mode setting and switch with the system.
However, if users use Windows 10 at night, they may find that the search box is still light-colored, which causes the background color to be very dazzling when using the search box.
Regarding this issue, Microsoft has already begun to deploy measures on the server-side to directly adapt the entire background color of the Windows 10 search box to the dark version through the server-side.
The exception is that the input bar at the bottom of the search panel still has a light background. It is estimated that this is to prevent the user from being unable to see the input after changing to a dark color.
The Windows 10 Search is a web experience, so Microsoft can directly modify the style or update the function through the server, and the user terminal does not need to perform any additional operations.
As long as the network connection is normal, the Search panel will automatically update. If the user selects the dark mode in the system settings, the Search panel will become a dark background.
