Microsoft and Coca-Cola announce a five-year partnership to transform global engagement and experiences
Today, Microsoft and Coca-Cola Company officially announced that the two parties have reached a five-year partnership. One of the goals of this cooperation is that The Coca-Cola Company will use Microsoft services to standardize the company’s business operations. Coca-Cola Company will use Microsoft Cloud services “to better connect people and opportunities through breakthrough productivity and powerful information management that will drive continued business success over the next decade.”
The Coca-Cola Company will use Microsoft’s full set of service support for enterprises to work, these services include Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
In other words, Microsoft will provide Coca-Cola with the Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams, so that Coca-Cola employees can use these tools to better understand customer needs and can be more efficient Communicate with colleagues.
