Micron launches new P5 NVMe M2 SSD with read and write speeds up to 3,000 MB/s

According to the news released by the official website of Micron, the company has launched a new consumer-grade hard drive product Crucial P5 NVMe PCIe SSD. Micron P5 should be regarded as an upgraded version of the previous P1 and P2, support NVMe 1.3 protocol based on PCI-Express Gen 3.0 x4 channel to provide high-performance reading and writing.
In terms of speed, 500 GB, 1 TB or 2 TB storage space version read and write speed are 3400MB/3000MB per second. The 250G version has the same read speed but the write speed is 1400MB per second.

In terms of products, this new consumer-grade solid-state hard drive is not equipped with a cooling vest. In terms of type, CrucialP5 adopts M.2 2280 motherboard specifications, which should be compatible with most new desktop motherboards, but you should check it before buying.

In terms of the warranty, Micron also provides a five-year warranty or fixed write volume by type. This specific write volume is listed below.
