Lenovo releases new ThinkPad X1 Extreme equipped with Intel Core i9 processors
Lenovo officially released the new ThinkPad X1 Extreme today. The ThinkPad X series has always been positioned as a flagship business notebook. The new version of the ThinkPad X1 Extreme this time is also not accidentally equipped with Intel’s latest ten-generation Core processor, and the highest available is equipped with the Core i9 processor version.
Since the ThinkPad X1 Extreme has versions up to the Core i9 processor, the processor naturally need not worry. In terms of graphics cards, the ThinkPad X1 Extreme is also equipped with a good performance Nvidia alone, the highest optional Nvidia GeForce 1650Ti graphics card, but to be honest, this performance is not powerful.
The ThinkPad X1 Extreme is equipped with a 15.6-inch display with a brightness of up to 600 nits. In the notebook computer industry, this screen is already very good and can provide a very good visual experience.
“The ThinkPad P Series and the ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 3 will feature the new Ultra Performance Mode, exclusive to these systems, allowing users to take full control of their performance settings,” the firm explains in the announcement post. “Ultra Performance Mode was born from Lenovo’s dedication to push beyond, compelling Lenovo to go back to the drawing board, look inside the system itself[,] and redefine design parameters. Enabled by default as a setting in BIOS, Ultra Performance Mode relaxes restrictions on acoustics and temperature, tapping into the full potential of the GPU and CPU, and leveraging an improved thermal design to maintain the integrity of the machine and deliver increased performance.”
In terms of network connection, ThinkPad X1 Extreme supports the latest WiFi 6 protocol and LTE network connection, so you can continue to connect anytime, anywhere. It is reported that the new ThinkPad X1 Extreme will be available in July this year, starting at $1,749.
While releasing the ThinkPad X1 Extreme, Lenovo also updated the product line of the ThinkPad P series and released the ThinkPad P15, ThinkPad P17, ThinkPad P1 (third generation) and ThinkPad P15v, which are also equipped with Intel 10th generation Core processors.
