Lenovo releases Legion 7 gaming laptop

Today, Lenovo has launched a number of new notebook products, including the popular Legion 7 gaming notebook, which can be equipped with AMD’s current high-end processors and graphics cards, and supports technologies such as AMD SmartShift Max and Smart Access Memory.

In terms of screen, the Lenovo Legion 7 gaming notebook uses a 16-inch, 2560×1600 resolution display with a refresh rate of 240Hz, and has passed the FreeSync Premium certification, providing a maximum brightness of 500nit. There is also a 1080p camera above the screen.
Legion 7 gaming notebook is available in two processors, AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX or Ryzen 7 6800H, both of which use the Zen 3+ architecture, are manufactured with a 6nm process, and have 8 cores and 16 threads. In terms of the graphics card, the Legion 7 gaming notebook can be selected as AMD Radeon RX 6850M XT or Radeon RX 6700M. Based on the Navi 22 of the RDNA 2 architecture, the TGP can reach 150W.

In other respects, the Lenovo Legion 7 gaming notebook is equipped with a 99.99WHr capacity battery and optional 8/16/24GB DDR5-4800 memory, and 512GB/1TB/2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD for storage. In terms of interfaces, the Lenovo Legion 7 gaming notebook provides full-featured USB4, USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, HDMI 2.1, and other interfaces that support 135W. As for the time to market and price information, the notebook will be available from June 2022 at a price of $2,059.
