Lenovo Legion 5 gaming laptop will be equipped with AMD Radeon RX 6600M graphics
AMD released the Radeon RX 6600M at the Taipei Computer Show last month. As AMD’s new generation mobile platform graphics card, it inherits the efficient RDNA 2 architecture of the desktop platform Radeon RX 6000 series. The performance will be greatly improved compared to the previous generation products. This graphics card then appeared in HP’s Omen 16 notebook computer and formed a 3A platform with Ryzen 5000 series mobile processors.
According to VideoCardz reports, a leak from the UserBenchmark website shows the codenamed Lenovo 82NW. Although it is not clear which model it is, according to the information above, it matches the information of Lenovo Legion 5. At present, Lenovo’s already released IdeaPad and Rescuer series notebooks, if equipped with AMD Ryzen 5000H series mobile processors, are equipped with NVIDIA discrete graphics cards. Lenovo Legion 5 should be its first model with AMD Ryzen 5000H series mobile processors and AMD discrete graphics.
