Intel will only launch K/KF suffix Alder Lake-S and Z690 chipsets during the year
There have long been rumors that Intel plans to release the 12th generation Core series processors in October or November 2021 (approximately between October 25 and November 19). Although there is no exact date, it will not deviate too much. Intel’s first desktop processor is based on the 10nm SuperFin process and the first x86 desktop processor with big.LITTLE hybrid architecture, Alder Lake-S has high expectations.
According to Igor’sLAB, Intel’s first Alder Lake-S processor has only “K” and “KF” suffix products and the Z690 chipset. The rest of the 12th generation Core series processors, as well as the H670, B660, and B610 chipsets will not be released until CES 2022. There has been news about the delayed release of products with a suffix other than “K”.
