Intel launches entry-level NUC 11 Essential with 10nm Pentium and Celeron processors
Rumors about Intel NUC 11 Essential actually existed as early as May last year, but I know that this product has only been launched recently. This new product uses Jasper Lake SoC, and the performance has been improved a lot compared to the previous generation, which makes this entry-level NUC have a lot of interest.
The NUC 11 Essential has three processors to choose from, including the Pentium Silver J6005 with four cores and four threads, with a boost clock of 3.3 GHz, support for dual-channel DDR4 memory, and a Gen 11 core display with 32EU; Celeron J5105 is still a quad-core and four-thread specification, the highest clock will be lower, only 2.9 GHz and the core display has 24 sets of EU; Celeron J4505 is dual-core and dual-threaded, with a boost clock of 2.7 GHz, and only 16 sets of EU cores. The TDP of these processors is only 10W.
The launch date and price have not been announced yet, but the price of the previous generation is less than $200. This product is originally an entry-level product, so the price is generally not very high.
