Intel ARC A570M/A530M adopts a new ACM-G12 GPU
Intel has discreetly refreshed its ARC graphics card product line recently, introducing the ARC A570M and A530M. Although no formal announcement was made by the official, these two new graphics cards have already appeared in Intel’s latest graphics card drivers and their details can also be found on Intel Ark.
As reported by VideoCardz, it is now confirmed that Intel ARC A570M and A530M are equipped with the ACM-G12 chip, instead of the ACM-G10 or ACM-G11 used in other consumer-level ARC graphics cards. The device ids of ARC A570M and A530M are 5697 and 5696, respectively, as corroborated by the Mesa drivers.
The specifications of the ACM-G12 chip sit between ACM-G10 and ACM-G11, featuring 16 Xe cores and representing the third chip within the Xe-HPG architecture GPUs codenamed “Alchemist”. However, this is not the first appearance of the ACM-G12, as it was previously featured two months ago when Intel released the Arc Pro A60 and Arc Pro A60M workstation graphics cards. The GPU chip rendering an image in the official press release at that time was distinct from the previous ACM-G10 and ACM-G11.
The ARC A570M and A530M utilize a PCIe 4.0 x8 interface, with 16 and 12 Xe cores respectively, corresponding to 256 and 192 EU units, as well as 2048 and 1536 FP32 cores. Both operate at a frequency of 1300MHz, with the former TGP being 75~95W and the latter 65~95W. The ARC A570M is equipped with 8GB of GDDR6 memory with a 128-bit width, although the memory configuration of the ARC A530M is currently unknown.
Rumors have recently surfaced that Intel is preparing the Arc Pro A580, and there might even be a possibility of introducing the ARC A580. With the widespread adoption of ACM-G12, Intel’s position in the mobile, desktop, and professional graphics card market will be further solidified.
