Hackers live stream Thai Bangkok prison

A closed-circuit surveillance television system in a prison in Chumphon, Thailand was hacked and then live broadcasted on YouTube. Official details of the hacking have not been released, but local police said it was discovered after receiving a report from a reporter.

The hacker live-streamed a video on YouTube under the “Thai Bangkok prison Security Came live” title, which lasted several hours. Multiple live surveillance cameras are shown in the live video, so you can trust hackers to access the entire surveillance system.

Thai authorities said in a subsequent statement that the camera system belonging to Lang Suan Prison in Southern Chumphon Province was attacked by hackers, but did not provide more information about the hacking. It is not clear who initiated the attack, and how it broke into the prison system.
