Google Photos issue: user’ videos will be obtained by other users

Google Photos can help users back up photos to the cloud for free and it is free, so the app has quite a lot of users. Unfortunately, Google issued a notice saying that

Although this problem only affected some users, it still caused many users to worry. In an email sent to users, Google stated that the failure only affected 0.01% of users, and unfortunately there were more than 1 billion actual users of Google Photos.

Google did not disclose how the problem occurred. Google stated that users may encounter this problem when they try to upload from November 21st to 25th, 2019. At the same time, Google did not disclose how many videos each user would leak.
