Google marks many well-known software sites as malicious sites and blocks user access
Since the end of last month, software developers and users have found that Google Chrome seems to issues the wrong report to some well-known software sites and intercept user access.
These websites and desktop software are all normal and have not been infected and are not infected with other viruses. It is completely normal to scan through Google online.
Google Chrome’s built-in secure access feature helps tens of millions of users intercept malicious websites every day. In most cases, only obvious malicious behaviour will be intercepted by Google. Sometimes, some unknown software may be reported for poisoning when downloading.
However, it is very rare for websites with much well-known software such as the present to be reported, including developers such as Greatis, Antibody Software, Scooter Software, or IBE Software. Since the end of last month, there are still some websites that will be intercepted, and no one knows what is wrong with these poisons and interceptions.
According to Google Safe Browsing rules, when it detects malicious behaviour of the destination URL, it directly intercepts the user’s access and prompts for security problems or malware. But what specific security issues or malware is attached to Google does not mean that only webmasters can see it in Google Webmaster Tools.
Some developers have appealed to Google through the webmaster tool, allowing Google’s automated tools to rescan the website to remove active interception. However, the application rescan function of Google Webmaster Tools seems to be malfunctioning. These affected developers can only write emails to Google for feedback. Until now, some websites have been blocked, or when they are accessible, they are blocked by Google.
