GitLab has move to Google Cloud Platform

GitLab has been announced last month, and they plan to move from Azure to Google Cloud Platform in August. The migration work started today in the United States local time, and the current migration work has been successfully completed. After the migration was over, GitLab posted that the migration was very successful and has been running for 35 minutes. They will also continue to monitor the health of the system over the weekend.

As noted from previous updates, https://t.co/r11Ummmaf4 has been up for 35 minutes and operating normally.
