GeForce Now adds support for Edge browser, Xbox players can now play PC games
NVIDIA’s GeForce Now cloud gaming service recently added support for Microsoft Edge browser, which may be good news for Xbox players, because it means that PC games can finally be played on Xbox.
At present, GeForce Now is still in the BETA testing stage, and the basic version of this service can be tried for free for one hour, so Xbox players can choose to play on the game library of more than 1,000 games on GeForce Now. you can stream popular PC games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, DOTA 2, and League of Legends at 1080p.
In fact, Phil Spencer, the boss of Microsoft’s Xbox department, said earlier that he will bring comprehensive PC games to Xbox through the Xbox Cloud Gaming cloud game service. Xbox Cloud Gaming will be free for players with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and players will be able to play PC games on Xbox. Of course, for now, many of the games in Xbox Cloud Gaming are already available on Xbox itself, so if you really want to bring the PC gaming experience to Xbox, then this game library needs to be added more only on PC. But until Xbox Cloud Gaming is officially launched, NVIDIA GeForce Now will be a better alternative.
NVIDIA’s recommendation for GeForce Now network speed is 720P@60 Fps, which requires 15 Mbps, and 1080P@60 Fps, which requires 25 Mbps.
