Samsung will
bring their new phone conference in the second half of the year on August 10, however, it is well known that Samsung’s new product confidentiality work is almost equal to no, and most of the information about the new machine will be released before each press conference. This time is no exception. Samsung’s new folding screen device, the Galaxy Z Fold 4, has been exposed in advance with its appearance renderings and configurations.
According to the German website
winfuture, compared with the current Fold 3, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has not undergone major changes in design. It is 155.1*67.1*15.8mm when folded, and 155.1*130.1*6.3mm when it is opened. The main reason is that the front screen has a higher screen ratio, reaching 7.6 inches, but this is a 21.6:18 ultra-wide screen, and the refresh rate continues to be 120Hz. The whole machine is shorter and wider than Fold 3, and the weight is also reduced to 254g.
Its front screen is now a 23.1:9 aspect ratio but maintains a 6.2-inch and 120Hz refresh rate, and the internal screen is 7.6 inches, but this is a 21.6:18 ultra-wide screen, and the refresh rate continues to be 120Hz. Samsung will use the new Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, the camera is still hidden under the screen, 4 million pixels.
The camera part is a big upgrade this time. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 is equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera that supports hardware image stabilization and dual-pixel focus, while the ultra-wide-angle camera is 12-megapixel, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens provides 3x optical zoom.
The internal hardware is also a little unexpected. Samsung is directly equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 this time, with 12GB LPDDR5x memory as standard, storage options of 256 and 512GB, and a 1TB version will be provided in some regions, while the battery capacity is 4400mAh, it supports 25W fast charging.
Of course, the above is not official information, and there may be some discrepancies, so if you are interested in the new phone, you can still pay attention to the upcoming Samsung conference.
