Firefox for Android will support to install supported Recommended Extensions

Extensions can help us solve many problems. You can install various extensions on the desktop platform, whether it is Google browser or Firefox browser.

However, it is not easy to install extensions on the mobile terminal, mainly because the Android versions of mainstream browsers do not support installing extensions, which is not so convenient to use.

But this situation will change from next week, Firefox for Android will allow users to install extensions directly from the v85 version released next week.

And the installation process is very simple. Just visit the Firefox extension store and install it, which can personalize the browser to provide more features for users.

Firefox will launch a stable version of Firefox v85 next week. Firefox has decided to start from this version to support users to install extensions on the Android version. Users need to access addons.mozilla.org (AMO).

If the user tries to install the extension, Firefox will automatically check the compatibility to see if it matches the Android device. If it does not match, it may not be installed properly.
