Dell announces S3423DWC curved monitor
Dell has always been a leader in monitors, releasing numerous products for different market segments every year. To meet the needs of different consumer groups, the U2723QE and U3223QE equipped with IPS Black technology have been well received by the market some time ago. Recently, Dell released a 34-inch S3423DWC curved monitor positioned for office use.
The S3423DWC uses a VA panel with a resolution of 3440 x 1440, a refresh rate of 100Hz, a GtG response time of 4ms, a maximum brightness of 300nit, and a contrast ratio of 3000:1, AMD FreeSync support, and a 99% sRGB color gamut. Connected via a single USB-C cable, it can support DP 1.4 Alt mode and 65W PD power supply and is also equipped with two HDMI 2.0 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-B input, and two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, and supports KVM, as well as multi-input picture-in-picture function. In addition, two 5W speakers and a 3.5mm jack are also configured.
The S3423DWC is equipped with a height-adjustable stand, but cannot be rotated. Dell says the plastic used contains at least 25 percent recycled material. The price of S3423DWC is $1,199.00.
