Microsoft released Cumulative Update KB4476976 to fix Action Center bugs

Since upgrading to Windows 10 Version 1809, many users have an issue where the Action Center might suddenly appear on the opposite side of the screen before appearing on the correct side and an issue resulting in the Action Center icon sometimes showing a number of unread notifications, however when you opened Action Center it would be blank.

This problem has been going on for a few months now, but Microsoft still hasn’t fixed it. After all, it’s a bit unreasonable that the official version has been reissued yet. Until now, Microsoft finally issued a  KB4476976 beta update to deal with this problem.

Please note that this update is only available for users who are participating in the release preview channel for Windows 10 Version 1809. Other users are advised not to download them for now. In principle, this channel should only receive a release preview of Windows 10 Version 1903, but Microsoft sometimes uses it to test for fix updates.

For the official version of the user who is looking for stability, it is not necessary to install the beta update. According to the time, the official version update should be released at the end of this month.
